H.C. Andersens Boulevard 50
Copenhagen, Hovedstaden 1553

My suggestion is that we book a bunch of rooms at the 5-star "DANHOSTEL Copenhagen City" (http://www.dgi-byen.com/index.php?pageid=250). The rooms are VERY cheap and are supposed to be very luxurious (for a hostel). The hostel is located in the center of Copenhagen (train station 900m)

I suggest reading their FAQ for general info/prices on the hostel:
http://www.dgi-byen.com/index.php?pageid=376

We can for example take their smallest family rooms which have room for 4 people. The price for those are around €70 per night per room in low season and €89 per night per room in peak season. I don't know yet if we will be there during low or peak season.

On top of that price will come the following:
Bed linen: €8 per stay
Breakfast: €8 (x2)
Extra fee: €5 per night

The extra fee is if you do not have a International hostel membershipcard (YHA card). If you wish to purchase this card, it will costs €22 and is valid for a year.

You can of cause bring your own bed linen, but remember that sleeping bags are not allowed!

I know that some people would want a private rooms. This is possible, but it will just be a 4-person family room - hence just a booking of all the 4 beds. whether or not we should split the bill or the people wanting private rooms should pay for this them self's, I'll leave up for discussion.

If you which to attend, please send an e-mail to me at w [AT] tson.dk and specify if you want a private room or share a room (let me know if you have any preferences of whom to share with)

The automated link to Google Maps and Yahoo! Maps on this page does not seem to work. Here is a direct link to Yahoo! Maps with the address plotted:
