ASIA HOUSE PAN-ASIA FILM SERIES- Land, Water, Climate, People – five short stories July 12, 2010

An evening of short films exploring how climate change is affecting the lives of people in remote communities across Himalayan Asia. From the Yellow and Nu rivers that have their sources on the Tibetan Plateau, to a Silk Road town in Xinjiang, and the Himalayan region of Northern India. The film screenings will by followed by a panel discussion with guest speakers including Isabel Hilton and director Syed Fayaz. Isabel Hilton is a London based international journalist and broadcaster.
