The Riverwalk District Wine Walk on Saturday, July 20 from 2 to 5 p.m. in downtown Reno will benefit VSA Arts at the Lake Mansion. Guests are encouraged to dress as there favorite artist or art inspiration.
The Riverwalk Merchants Association presents the original and very popular Wine Walk the third Saturday of every month, along the Truckee River and neighboring streets in the Downtown Reno Riverwalk District.

Each month the Riverwalk chooses a new charity that will benefit from a portion of the Wine Walk proceeds. This July the Riverwalk will help VSA arts at the Lake Mansion. For over 25 years, VSA Nevada, a non-profit organization, has provided quality arts opportunities for children and adults of all ages and abilities throughout Nevada. Annually, over 3000 workshops and art camps are conducted for everyone to participate in from pre-school to adult, locals and visitors, novice to pro including 300 plus workshops that are open-to-the-public. These affordable workshops are listed on our website and held in six different locations including the Lake Mansion on the corner of Court St. and Arlington Ave.

The Lake Mansion is also available to rent for corporate, organization, or personal parties and functions. The “Art Access Gallery” at the Lake Mansion has fine artwork and crafts available for sale created by Nevada artists who have a disability.

You must be 21 or older to participate in Wine Walks. Visit any participating Riverwalk District merchant on Wine Walk day and for a $20 wine tasting fee and a valid photo I.D. you will receive a wine glass, wrist band and a map of the merchants pouring wine. Parking is available in public lots.

Saturday, July 20th you can expect downtown Reno to be bustling with food, wine, and people dressed as Mona Lisa, & Andy Warhol. Make sure to stick around after the event for a chance to win over $700 in raffle prizes for gift certificates to local businesses
