Call out for musicians: the second in the Artistic Director Series of Wall of Sounds…

We are delighted to announce that 3 members of the Texas / New York ensemble Snarky Puppy will be leading our next Artistic Director Series - a 5 day intensive residency in January 13 culminating in a showcase event of newly created material, with the band, at Band on the Wall, Manchester, UK.

This unique residency programme is delivered by Brighter Sound with Band on the Wall to offer emerging and mid-career musicians the chance to work with professional artists who are creatively and professionally exciting, and who have a depth of experience to share.

This is a unique, and special opportunity for 12 musicians from across the UK to work intensively with Snarky Puppy bass player and band leader Michael League, drummer 'Sput' Searight and keyboard player Bill Laurence over 5 days, and develop their skills, aspirations and perspectives on their music and careers.

Performance: Friday 1st Feb (Evening)

Applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Expenses: £100 for the whole week plus accommodation if required.
