ARTe'licious 2012 Silent Art Auction August 2, 2012

anne's Visual Art Studio proudly announces the opening reception Thursday August 2nd from 6-8PM and First Fridays, August 3rd from 6-9pm of the final installment of ARTe'licious 2012 Silent Art Auction in the gallery. Final bids will be taken at 9PM First Fridays August 3rd. Visual Art Studio will stay open until 10pm so successful bidders may take their artwork home with them. We hope you won't miss this special offering of local talent like Greg Lewis in Arte'licious 2012 Silent Art Auction and the main gallery performance by Boots-N-Pearls. These two recent James River High School graduates have sung the National Anthem at Southside Speedway with Jessica singing the National Anthem this last Tuesday at the Diamond and they have been performing at local restaurants and coffee shops for just over a year now. Closing in the Frank Hart Memorial Gallery aka First Fridays Gallery this coming First Fridays Dawn of a New Day, Graphic Art Distortions and Photo-Manipulations by Susan Hribernik and Life Signs, a collection of beautiful hand-carved reliefs, mixed media sculpture and monotype wood block prints by Norfolk artist Gia Labidi. Always on a spiritual journey, as the attached jpeg implies, Labidi seeks to experiment, expand and master her craft while feeding her soul.
