Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing sequence of postures connecting breath and movement. In this workshop we will explore this powerful and creative practice as an intentional journey. By infusing your yoga practice with intention, acceptance, patience and equanimity, the flow of postures becomes artful and expressive. We will discuss these concepts and practice working them into our transitions and movements. Beginners and more experienced practitioners welcome!
