Art of Beer 2009 October 1, 2009

The Art Museum of Southeast Texas is having its Annual "Art of Beer" fundraiser on Thursday, October 1st 2009. Sample some of the finest specialty and seasonal beers from around the world paired with complementary food dishes. Plus beer floats, chat with brewmasters, musical entertainment and much more!

Admission: $35 for museum members; $50 for non-members (includes $35 membership promotion)

Funds raised benefit AMSET's exhibitions, education programs and a special membership promotion. Must be at least 21 years old to attend. Call (409) 832-3432 for tickets or more information.

There is also a logo contest and exhibition. AMSET invites local artists and graphic designers to try their hand at creating a logo for one of its most popular fund raising events - Art of Beer 2010. The competition is open to local artists 21 years of age and older.
