Fifteen graduating seniors from the Department of Painting and Printmaking will be exhibiting works on paper. The public is invited to the reception, Tuesday, April 13, 5 to 6:30 p.m.

Juried by Professors Barbara Tisserat and Reni Gower, the exhibition represents many diverse ideas ranging from social commentary to personal iconography. The works are created in a wide variety of media; including lithography, etching, silkscreen, oil, charcoal, and digital based imagery.

This exhibition is sponsored by the Department of Painting and Printmaking. It offers an opportunity for local and university communities to view the artworks of one of the major arts programs on the East Coast. It also provides these emerging artists practical experience in organizing, installing, and publicizing exhibitions.

INTERACTION 36 will be on display from April 13 - 20, 2010 at The Fishbowl Gallery / 3rd Floor / Fine Arts Building / 1000 West Broad Street, Virginia Commonwealth University.
