Listening Post - the Voice Project and Narratives of Strength and Survival : the Himmat Workshops are the two projects constituting the second part of Vasudha Thozur's trilogy of residencies in Hyderabad.

While during the first residency the Artist worked with local musicians and addressed aspects of visual documentation and their ethics, in the second residency Vasudha Thozur presents an oral catalogue, subliminal in content. It presents records of reflections on work, life, bits of poetry and other excerpts from her writings. The Himmat Workshops began as a research project that looked at ways of rooting art practice in ground realities as experienced in India.

The residency is curated by Rasna Bhushan
