Gardens are a form of living art, but they also provide contemplative settings for the presentation of art. Display of sculptures in glass in garden and conservatory settings, particularly those by Dale Chihuly, has recently been very popular--Chihuly has mounted more than 10 major garden and glass house exhibitions in the United States, England and Australia. "My forms are made in a very natural way so they look like they come from nature," says the artist, offering perhaps a clue to their appeal. The artist permits and encourages photography of the artwork for educational and non-commercial use only.
