Since 1996, SIMPARCH, an artist collaborative group, has been creating large-scale interactive artworks that examine building practices and site specificity. The ethos of SIMPARCH has been to create an armature for social interaction through experimentation with materials and design. Simparch has been featured in the Whitney Biennial in 2004; Tate Gallery in London, England, and InSITE, San Diego, USA/Tiajuana, Mexico in 2005; Contemporary Arts Center, Cinnicinatti; and London Art Fair, Chicago Art Institute in 2006.
