Description : Experience the healing power of art with Audrey Eve Grider and discover new ways to express yourself through your core spirit. During the event, participants will be guided through a relaxation meditation followed by the creation of their own expressive artwork. A group discussion will follow the art activity. NO ART EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. Bring your journal for personal writings. Audrey is a professional artist and expressive arts facilitator who works with clients in groups and private sessions. She has taught numerous art classes over the years, and is currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Counseling program where she is studying to become a counseling therapist. Audrey is also in University of California San Diego's Therapeutic Arts certificate program. Her goals are to help people grow toward personal healing, love-based connections, and increased awareness.
