Max Lyonga, an accomplished painter with international exposure, depicts themes of contemporary life in southwest Cameroon with a positive message of hope that transcends all boundaries and cultures. Edmonds Community College is pleased to announce an exhibit of new work by the artist that explores his recurring theme — the “Therapy of Hope”.

Our visiting artist works with area schools

Max will travel to Edmonds April 2-16 to serve as a visiting artist to the college as well as 10 area K-12 schools with whom he has been administering an art and letter exchange with students in Cameroon.
