The Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary, a non-profit farm animal shelter, is holding its second art benefit fundraiser at the famous Jivamukti Yoga School in New York City. The proceeds from this important fundraiser will go towards the care of neglected, abused and discarded farm animals living at the sanctuary in Woodstock, New York, and help in the cost of rescuing and placing others.

There will be original paintings, drawings, photographs and prints by a large number of artists including George Ault, Gale Hart, Sue Coe and syndicated cartoonists Garry Trudeau, Mort Walker and Dan Piraro. Some of the artists will be in attendance, and sanctuary founders Jenny Brown and Doug Abel will be on hand to talk about their work for farm animals. Gourmet vegetarian hors d’oeuvres and wine will be served, and a wide variety of raffle items will provide bargains galore on goods and services. Artwork continues to arrive and an up-to-date list will be maintained on the website below. There will be a $10 per person charge at the door.
