Hilarious fun. Boats made of corrugated cardboard and person-powered race around a 200-yard course in the Sheboygan Harbor. From the parade in the morning to the fireworks at night, the festivities are Americana at its best. And the boat extravaganzas of the John Michael Kohler Arts Center have been an extraordinarily popular and unique part of the festivities for over 20 years.
