Around the World - A Survey of the Worlds Best Wine Making Regions

Sample and compare the leading wines of California, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, Argentina and South Africa. Learn tasting techniques, regional "terrior", history, and wine making styles. Learn basic food and wine pairing techniques as well as the the nuts and bolts of how to read a wine label and order a great bottle of wine at a restaurant.

Date: Monday, May 5th, 12th and 19th (3-night series), 7-9pm

Fee: $100 (includes the instruction, materials and wine of course!)
