Armed Forces Day will take place in St Austell Town Centre. A short church service will take place in St John's Church at 1100 which will be followed by a media presentation from the Armed Forces and Service Families. A parade through the town centre will take place at 1215 and will involve marching platoons from the County's service bases, Veterans, Legion Branches and Standard Bearers. A "village" of marquees, stalls, static dispays, local bands and Veteran's organisations will be set up at Biddicks Court and other areas of the town centre. The day's events will complete with a concert at Cornwall College, St Austell, which commences at 1930.
