Armed Forces Day 2011 June 25, 2011

The Wigan and Leigh Armed Forces Day 2011 event will take place at the Leigh Sports Village.

Some of the attractions at the event are:

- A parade accompanied by Tyldesley Band

- Tug of war competition

- Military equipment and vehicle displays

- WW2 re-enactment

- Fairground rides for small children

- various stalls for information

- 2 catering stands

- Fire Brigade display

and many more!

Everyone of all ages is welcome to come along to support our Armed Forces community and enjoy a day out.
