Arizona Virtual Academy-K¹² Rip It Up Skateboarding Training with the Pro's December 8, 2012

"Learn to ride Arizona's largest and renown, indoor skatepark with the pros! On Saturday, December 8th from 1-3PM, K-12 Virtual Academy will be at Kids That Rip! Skateboard School in Mesa, AZ, learning to shred on skateboards and scooters! Register by Dec. 7th to receive an hour of free instruction from KTR's top instructors, watch a skateboard demo, and receive autographs from professional level skateboarders; not to mention, get hooked up with cool gear and prizes! There will be plenty of time to use the park on your own time as well. If your not sure you want to skateboard or ride a scooter, come enjoy the facilities trampolines, mats, foam pits, rope climbing, parkour course and more! K-12 will be there with information and to answer and questions on Arizona Virtual Academy, Insight Academy, and K12 at the Y Blended programs.

WHAT TO BRING:

Skateboard or scooter, helmet (knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards up to individual).

Wear comfortable clothing, if just using the gymnastics facility. All participants must bring a signed waiver form.

(12:30-1PM) Arrival/ registration

(1PM-2PM) 1hr group lesson

(2-2:30PM) Demo from KTR Academy kids/opportunity for autographs to follow

(2:30-3PM) Free time for participants.
