Arcadia Way at Barn Bash 2009 September 27, 2009

Arcadia Way will provide the musical backdrop in this celebration of the second year of a farm committed to growing food in an environmentally sustainable manner. Does not use synthetic (petroleum-based fertilizers) or toxic pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides on the crops. A strong belief that natural manures, crop diversity, cover-cropping, and crop rotations are the key to maintaining not only a fertile, productive farm, but also one that provides you and your family with safe food. By using organic farming practices we are not polluting the soils, water, or air on which we and other biological life depend.

All are welcome to attend, but please RSVP to [email protected]. A farm-inspired dish is required for entry, preferably with a farm ingredient. A $5-10 donation is encouraged to help the farm cover the costs of the band and putting on the party. No pets please. Hope you can make it!
