ARC Workshop: Funding Strategies for the Individual Artist August 31, 2011

Join Spacetaker’s Executive Director Jenni Rebecca Stephenson and art consultant/grant writer Sara Kellner for an overview workshop on strategies and resources for the individual artist to find funding to support their professional art career. This workshop will cover identifying grant opportunities, funding through fiscal sponsorship, individual contributions and institutional support, and offer examples of how other local artists have successfully raised money for their projects.
This workshop will apply to all types of individual artists including those in the visual, performing, filmmaking, literary, and multi-disciplinary fields.
Fee: Pre-workshop registration is $5 for Spacetaker members/$15 for non-members; Walk-up registration rate is $10 for Spacetaker members/$20 for non-members
