Aquarium Spotlight Day at the Marine Science Institute May 7, 2011

If you have ever wished to learn more about the amazing sharks, crabs, fish and sea stars from the Bay and near shore Pacific Ocean, here is your opportunity. Trained docents will lead you on a hands-on tour, and guide you in touching and handling marine life!

MSI is excited to announce a new opportunity for the public to come to the Marine Science Institute and view our aquarium and teaching facilities on the shores of Redwood Creek. Now in our 40th year as a dedicated, hands-on science education organization, we are continuing to evolve and grow in our efforts to inspire stewardship for the marine environment through experiential learning.

Our programs, which educate over 50,000 people a year, will now be open to the public for Aquarium Spotlight Days. We hope you come down to the shore of San Francisco Bay and take a look!

For a long time we have wanted to throw open our doors for the public to come down and enjoy the amazing marine life here at MSI.
