Apple Pie (re)opening! May 1, 2009

In case you missed it last fall, Apple Pie tours to DIVA in Eugene this spring!
It's a series of allegorical portraits by Oregon artist Gwenn Seemel. These paintings combine the likenesses of twenty first and second generation Americans with US icons, creating some uniquely American characters, including an Iranian-German-American Rosie the Riveter.
