Annual Wine Tasting and Art Auction to Benefit The Arc of San Diego September 7, 2007

Come help a worthy cause by tasting unique wines and hors d'oeuvres at The Arc of San Diegos annual Grape Escape Art Gala. The fundraiser is being held at the San Diego Marriott Mission Valley (8757 Rio San Diego Drive, San Diego, CA 92108) on Friday, September 7, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The evening also includes a silent art auction featuring fine art from 20th Century artists as well as local artists with developmental disabilities. Live music will be provided by well known pianist, Jim Bianchi.

Proceeds from this event will support Arcs capital campaign Building Toward Self-Sufficiency, to construct and endow The Sulpizio Family Arc Center of San Diego.

The Arc of San Diego empowers persons with disabilities by creating opportunities to fulfill their personal goals, reach their maximum potential, and live as independently as possible.
Founded in 1951, The Arc now serves over 2,500 children and adults with disabilities throughout San Diego County.
