Annual Turkey Trot Run November 26, 2009

Annual Bloomington Parks and Recreation Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving Day. There is a half-mile fun run for ages 8 and under and 9-14 years. For age groups 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65 and over there is a three-mile run. All participants receive a ribbon and are eligible for drawings for frozen turkeys. Participants can only win in one category. Registration is on race day. The race will also feature a 1.5 mile non-competitive walk through Miller Park.
