Annual Gala and Grand Auction June 23, 2012

The Lancaster Performing Arts Center Foundation will host Hollywood: the Golden Age, its 2nd Annual Gala and Grand Auction at the Lancaster Performing Arts Center. The event, themed around the glamorous Golden Age of Hollywood, will feature delicious hors d'oeuvres prepared by the University of Antelope Valley's Culinary Arts department. Guests will enjoy fabulous fare, fashioned from the menus of famous Hollywood landmark restaurants such as Chasen's, The Brown Derby, The Formosa Cafe, Musso & Frank Grill, Dan Tana's, Nate !n Al and Pink's Hot Dogs. Complimentary, top-shelf cocktails will be served by Gino's Italian Restaurant. Guests will also be treated to the familiar musical sounds of the era by Lee Matalon's Little Big Band. Hollywood legends in the likeness of Marilyn Monroe and others will also mingle with guests throughout the evening. Promising to be one of the evening's highlights is the exciting Grand Auction featuring 30 fabulous packages .
