Annual Flu Shot September 17, 2011

Did you know the flu virus can knock you out for 7 to 10 days with symptoms including high fevers and serve head and muscle aches and can lead to complications like ear and sinus infections, dehydration and bacterial pneumonia? It's true. The Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention recommend an annual flu shot.
Well it's that time of year again! The Annual Flu Shot Clinic will be held on September 17, 10-11 AM, at Franconia United Methodist Church, 6037 Franconia Rd, Alexandria, VA (http://www.franconiaumc.org, 703-971-5151).
The cost is $30 per person, by cash or check, or use Medicare-B. Keep yourself and your community healthy by attending a FLU Shot Clinic. Tell your neighbors and bring a friend!
