Ann Arbor park advisory commission meeting August 8, 2012

This is a special meeting of the park advisory commission, and will include opportunity for public commentary. The main agenda item concerns a city council resolution that would place a question on the Nov. 6 ballot about a charter amendment affecting city parkland. The charter amendment would require a voter referendum not just for the sale of parkland, but also for leases or other contracts that have a practical effect similar to a sale.
