NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ANN ARBOR DISTRICT LIBRARY
County of Washtenaw, Michigan

ON THE ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011.

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS IN THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR
AND THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE ANN ARBOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Ann Arbor District Library, Washtenaw County, Michigan, will hold a public hearing on Monday the 17th day of May 2010, at 7:00 p.m., in the 4th Floor Board Room of the Ann Arbor District Library, 343 South Fifth Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan, to consider the approval and adoption of the operating budget of the Ann Arbor District Library for the fiscal year 2010-2011.

Copies of the proposed budget are on file at the 2nd floor Reference Desk of the Downtown Library of the Ann Arbor District Library, 343 South Fifth Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and at all of the Ann Arbor District Library Branches for inspection during regular library hours. At the public hearing, all citizens, taxpayers, and property owners of the Ann Arbor District Library District, comprised of the City of Ann Arbor and the School District of the Ann Arbor Public Schools, shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard in regard to the approval of the budget.

THE PROPERTY TAX MILLAGE RATE PROPOSED TO BE LEVIED TO SUPPORT THE PROPOSED BUDGET WILL BE A SUBJECT OF THIS HEARING.
