ANJUM ANAND: TALK & COOKING DEMONSTRATION
Anjum is passionate about authentic, home-style Indian food and uses fresh, local and seasonal produce to create delicious simple recipes with great flavours. She was one of the first writers to create and write Indian recipes catering for the health-conscious cook. Anjum’s new BBC2 series ‘Indian Food Made Easy’ starts during November 2009 and her new book ‘Anjum’s New Indian’ has all the recipes of the new show. She is a regular contributor to The Times Online food pages and has worked with Birds Eye as their consultant chef to help develop their healthy range of Indian ready meals.
Anjum will also be signing her cookery books on the night.
