So...you've been waiting months for word, and we appreciate your patience.

Wait no longer, we're ready to get the Wasabi '09 party started!

AnimeLand Wasabi will be held March 27-29 at the Four Points by Sheraton Denver Southeast, located at 6363 E. Hampden Avenue Denver, CO 80222. Room nights are set at $99 per night. Be sure to use the temporary "Think Art Media" reservation rate...this will change soon, so check back!

Badge prices:
$99 for The Dorms (the what?!)
$35 - 3 day pass ($40 at the door)
$30 - 2 day pass ($35 at the door)
Day passes will be available at the door only, and we honestly don't know what we'll be charging for that, yet.

What's with the new name?
This question makes me smile ^_^
It's a new management company running things, and in an attempt to keep things as familiar as possible, we're actually KEEPING the name for the most part the same. AnimeLand Shows will be popping up all over the country, and this way you'll know that you'll be getting the same great taste no matter which one you go to.

Does this mean the stuff I won last year won't carry over?
Perish the thought. We'll try to honor everything that we can from last year.

Is it me, or is registration higher?
Sad, but true. It's tight for everyone these days, including the hotels that we've talked to. In order to ensure that we had a swank place, with as many amenities to offer you as possible, that was the sacrifice we had to make. Don't be fooled, those five extra bucks pack a punch. Remember the stuff you WANTED to see last year, but didn't? It's a pretty safe bet you'll be seeing it this year.

Guys, we're gearing up for something COMPLETELY different. We want to bring you along for the ride. Communication is crucial, so expect to hear from the staff OFTEN, and feel free to check my blog to keep up with what's going on.
