"Animating the Ocean" - free illustrated lecture with animated film clips December 6, 2008

Learn how Hollywood uses and adapts underwater/ocean stories, and how major motion picture studios produce underwater animation. Rick Rothschild from Walt Disney Imagineering and Robin Cooper from Pixar Animation Studios present this illustrated talk, featuring excerpts from the film “Finding Nemo.”

All ages are welcome. The presentation will be of particular interest to students of film, theater, design, and computer animation.
