Anger management is important to quality of life. Who would consciously keep doing something that drains personal energy, causes static and distress in relationships, and damages physical and mental health? The habit of anger is harmful to each of us. Other more empowering and effective responses can be learned. Unless we know how to manage it, in its many forms and disguises, anger will continue to prevent the peace and positive results that we want in our lives. Come early and join is for our evening meditation from 7:00-7:30pm. All are welcome!

Speaker: Supriya Kopparthi

An experienced facilitator and meditator who runs various workshops on personal development and values, Supriya Kopparthi will draw on her diverse skills to explore the subject of anger management. Supriya has practiced meditation for the last nineteen years and is a practicing student and an active teacher of Raja Yoga meditation. She also conducts workshops in the areas of Self-empowerment, Stress-free living, and the Raja Yoga Meditation Courses. Supriya is also a Software Engineer.
