Ancient Plants, Ancient People: A Lecture October 13, 2009

Professional archeologist and member of the Texas Archeological Society, Leslie Bush will present her lecture “Ancient Plants, Ancient People” at the Farmers Branch Historical Park on October 13, 2009. She will explain how archeologists find and interpret the plants used by Native Americans hundreds, even thousands of years ago in Texas. Free and open to the public. Lecture guests will receive a free potted herb and recipe for infused oil. Light refreshments will be served after lecture.
