Anchor Beer & Spirit Dinner @ Five Crowns in Corona del Mar April 17, 2013

Five Crowns in Corona del Mar is pleased to host a very special dining event in its cozy greenhouse patio, featuring a five-course meal created by acclaimed Chef Greg Harrison with select beer and spirit pairings for each dish from the award-winning Anchor Brewing. Bob Brewer, Anchor’s resident beer expert, will be on hand to talk about the significance of each pairing that promise to provide both complementary and contrasting palate-pleasing experiences. Bob has been involved in the industry for over 30 years, and has held many discussions and tastings on the wonders of beer and the brewing process.

Based in San Francisco, Anchor Brewing roots date back to the California Gold Rush and is one of the last remaining companies to produce the historic Steam Beer, a trademark owned by the company.
