THE ANCIENT PRACTICE OF SHANKPRAKSHALANA FOR DETOXIFICATION
AN INTRO TO WELLNESS-WITH MASTER PERUN

This seminar will consist of the basic principles based on ancient knowledge from the North of the Himalayas better known as the magical mountains of Altay. The purpose of these teachings is to help us understand how to manage our lives more efficiently and how to produce powerful life affirming results in our daily lives. This knowledge will also help us to tap into our natural resources to generate positive change. This ancient wisdom contains the answers to live a peaceful and balanced existence without drama, suffering or pain. It will also help us to carry forth these positive changes when we are faced by difficult challenges or obstacles. The workshop is dedicated to studying this wisdom and exploring different techniques and exercises to achieve positive results.
Each participant will explore specific practical techniques that come from ancient sources that are in the north of the Himalayan mountains in the places that are connected with legendary Shambala, and are now considered to be one of the most powerful energy centers on our planet.

Some of the topics that will be discussed this evening include the following:

1)How to strengthen the immune system while learning the correct steps of the detoxification process while we practice an ancient technique known as "Shankprakshalana"-the cleansing of the digestive system.
2)Emotional Liberation-clearing our energetic field of negative emotions, sadness and depression.
3)Increasing our Personal Power-we will practice how we can manifest success in all areas of our life by keeping our energy pure and powerful.
4)Psychological And Emotional Protection known as "Psychological Aikido"-We will work together closely to learn how to prevent energy depletion.
5)Freedom From Addictions-We will learn techniques to find the source of these negative habits to get free of them once and for all.
6)Developing Conscious Living-In ancient healing traditions, this is one of the most important steps in self-healing and self-improvement
7)Rediscovering Our Real Talents-We will look at why we are here and what our mission and purpose by celebrating our unique strengths and natural gifts that we were born with.
8)Re-establishing our life strategies and understanding our destiny-We will look into the importance of the roles of free will and consciousness in creating our destiny & how we can further strengthen and develop our free will.

Each participant will experience an individual assessment and customized diagnostic reading defining the program for his personal transformation on the day of the workshop. The Detoxification process will be lovingly guided and supervised by Master Perun on Saturday, August 15th from 10am-8pm. Location to be announced.

In its original form this method belongs to the Ayurvedic tradition, but in the form presented here it has been enriched by the immense knowledge of the Siberian Masters and healer of the international Universynergy Arts Academy.

It consists of a method for the cleansing of the intestinal tract by removing all residual impurities with salty water and accompanied by a series of exercises aiming at helping the water to pass through the digestive systems, so that it is not either expelled from the Urinary Bladder or held in the body. Shank Prakshalana, means ‘shell’ and this because the water drunk – as it will be explained later- passes through the digestive tract, as if through an empty pipe. In this practice, the water taken orally passes through the stomach and then, with the help of specific movements - easy for anyone to do - it goes through the entire intestinal system before eventually being expelled. This exercise should be carried out until the water comes out as clean and transparent as it was originally.
