Seattle Arts & Lectures' 20th Anniversary season opens with Wangari Maathai, Kenyan environmentalist and winner of the 2004 Nobel Peace Prize. Maathai's Green Belt Movement has planted millions of trees in Africa and simultaneously embraces democracy, human rights, and women's rights.
