Amoeba Berkeley Pet Adoption Day in support of Berkeley East Bay Humane Society November 7, 2010

Volunteers from the Berkeley East Bay Humane Society will bring kitties and doggies who are in desperate need of loving homes to Amoeba Berkeley on Sunday, November 7th from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The volunteers will also be available to field any questions you may have about the adoption process and the organization in general. 2010 has been a turbulent year for the East Bay Humane Society.

Just one month after their previous pet adoption day in April, the Humane Society's main adoption center suffered a major fire, loosing 15 cats and their administrative offices. While they recently began to pick up the pieces and move some animals back into the space, the animals of the shelter still need the community's help more than ever. Please come out in support.
