AdamsMorgan MainStreet Group presents BASTILLE DAY in Adams Morgan. Sport, Live Music, and Special events! The National Capital Club de Pétanque” will demonstrate the French sport pétanque (similar to Bocce Ball) from 4-6pm. All are welcome to join teams and play. Free live music begins at 6pm. All ages will enjoy French and world music of “Kamel Zennia Band” 6-8pm. Location: front of Marie Reed School (2200 18th St NW) At 8pm, don't miss L'Enfant Cafe's (2000 18th St. NW) famous French Maid Relay Race w/ hosts King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, and free cake, music, food & drink specials, and door prizes.
