93.9FM The River presents the American Mars CD release party for "Western Sides" on Friday, February 1 at the Magic Stick in Detroit. For the evening, the Magic Stick will be transformed into a Traveling Desert Roadshow, replete with big top, cotton candy, and mind-bending peformances from special guests Friendly Foes, Darling Imperial, and Blanche's Dan John Miller. Doors at 8:00 p.m., music @ 9:00 p.m. 18 and up. $10.
