American Fanfares at Whitmore Lake June 9, 2012

Saturday, June 9: 2:00 p.m. Northfield Township Library, 125 Barker Rd., Whitmore Lake. As part of Whitmore Lake's "Meet on Main" event, the 70 piece concert band performs "American Fanfares at Whitmore Lake" under the direction of Conductor Dr. Chris Heidenreich. Familiar selections by well-known composers such as George Gershwin, Leroy Anderson, Henry Fillmore and John Philip Sousa range from Dixieland to Hollywood, patriotic to ever-popular march selections.
