Featured in the 1999 Humana Festival of New American Plays, Aloha, Say The Pretty Girls deals with themes of migration, evolution, and interconnectivity as explored by 11 twenty-somethings. They travel across the United States, forming and breaking bonds of friendship and family while trying to find their particular place in it all. The characters evolve and devolve as is necessary to their personal relationships. Some follow the path to responsible adulthood, some turn into lizards. The lines of reality are blurred in this quirky, heart-warming story.
