Food allergies and sensitivities often contribute to health problems, but can easily be overlooked by your health care provider. We will look at several ways you can be sensitive to foods, how to recognize symptoms (i.e., intestinal upset, respiratory problems, and joint pain), strategies for identifying problem-causing foods and your options if you are allergic or sensitive.
