All American: Defining Ourselves in A Time of Change October 24, 2009

While Americans have a proud shared heritage, diversity is a fundamental part of our national identity-an identity that has been evolving ever since settlers first reached these shores. This exhibition features 13 contemporary national and regional artists whose work raises questions about the traditions with which we define ourselves and addresses the age-old question: what does it mean to be an American?
