Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco will host a Champagne Progression dinner on Monday, April 18 beginning with a reception at 6:00 p.m.

The $750.00 eight-course prix fixe menu has been designed by Alexander’s Chef Marc Zimmerman and Sommelier Johnny Slamon to allow diners to explore the interplay of the restaurant’s cuisine with the greatest Champagnes in the world. The meal begins with classic, straightforward pairings and then moves on to more adventurous ones. Reservations are required and seats are limited.
