Whether you're a veteran AlaVie Boot camper or a newcomer, a reformed couch potato or a triathlete, our Saturday classes will inject a fresh dose of fun into your fitness routine - and give you a taste of the total body workout that will make you feel fabulous from the inside out. Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome!

When: Saturdays in July, starting from July 10. Class goes from 9AM-10AM. Sign up for all 4 Saturdays or pick and choose one or more Saturdays to kick start your weekend.

What to bring: A set of hand weights (women = 5-10lbs., men = 8-12lbs.) and an exercise mat

What to wear: Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes (preferred).
