A light-hearted pantomime based on one of the Tales of the Arabian Nights. A host of the most colourful rod-puppet creations gather together with the usual flair expected of Presto Puppets, to present this fast moving fantasy. The extra-large puppets (more than half life-size) are exquisitely costumed in styles loosely based on Chinese designs. The puppets weave their story around the scenery which takes the form of beautiful Chinese silk pictures. 

The whole production is linked with Ragtime music featuring many of the classics of Scott Joplin.

Aladdin is followed by Puppet Parade, a colourful, energetic puppet variety show with a host of glamorous marionette characters.
