Al Duvall old-timey banjo act comes to CB's October 1, 2003

Got this e-mail from Al: "AL DUVALL plays at CBGBs Downstairs Lounge on Wed. October 1 at, say 8:30 PM. The Lounge is at 313 Bowery and is downstairs (natch). I open for the Rasslers. Also, I think my website is up and running; check out alduvall.com for music, lyrics and photos."

The guy who put out his latest CD says: "Al Duvall is special, he makes sea shanty vaudeville musical delights with some of the best lyrics i've ever heard. "The Butler's Revenge" is a modern day masterpiece which could have been recorded at any point through the last eighty years."
