Soji Zen Center and Health Forum Online are co-sponsoring a series of workshops that will be held at Soji Zen Center, Saturday, Oct. 15th will begin the second series with Awakening to the Moment. Whether you are new to mindfulness mediation or a seasoned practitioner this 3-session workshop will provide you with the fundamental skills of mindfulness meditation and the opportunity to explore and expand its direct applications for every life. Workshops October 15, 22, and 29. You can attend one or all three. Healthcare Professionals must attend all 3 to receive CE credits. Cost $185 or $65/session.
