AIPC’s 50th Anniversary Annual Conference:
Where We’ve Come From / Where We’re Going
A 50th Anniversary is a major accomplishment for any association in a relatively young industry and particularly for AIPC where this milestone dates back to the very beginning of the formal concept of purpose-built congress and convention facilities. As a result, this is an occasion for reflection on the events and efforts that brought us to this point.

However, it’s also an occasion for looking ahead and, with the benefit of hindsight, to visualize where the future will take us. AIPC’s 50th Anniversary Annual conference in Singapore will focus largely on the latter, bringing together industry leaders, visionaries from adjacent fields and member perspectives to address some of the most important issues facing the industry today. As always, we will combine outside perspectives with those of our global membership to develop strategies for response to what this future may bring.

Our location for the conference in the heart of the Asian business scene will bring this forward- looking vision into an even sharper focus given the important role that this part of the world will play not only in the future of the convention and exhibition world but also in overall global business development which drives our industry. We will be taking full advantage of this opportunity to explore up close what new developments are unfolding in this area that will shape our collective future and to converse with some of the key figures whose activities are driving that future.
